MUD ISLAND AMPHITHEATER CONCERT SCHEDULE 2008 |

The Amphitheater is a first rate facility with 5,000 seats rising up the bank of the Island from a stage set near the Mississippi River. Throughout the show season, entertainers perform on the stage with celestial stars overhead, nighttime breezes wafting off the river, and the sparkling downtown Memphis skyline in the background. For show information, call the Mud Island Box Office, open 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. at (901)576-7241. Our 2007 season was a great success with many artists performing such as: Styx, Foreigner, Korn, Chevelle, Drowning Pool, Puddle of Mudd, Saving Abel, Black Crowes, Buffalo Killers, Smashing Pumpkins, Explosion in the Sky Fall Out Boy, Gym Class Heroes. Plain White T’s, Cute is What We Aim For, Willie Nelson, Merle Haggard, Ray Price, The Fray, Matisyahu, 311, Particle, Gomez ,Eisley, The Gamble Brothers, Norah Jones and The Handsome Band. We know that the 2008 season will be just as entertaining. For concerts we request that no outside coolers or beverages be brought into the event. |
